A unique holistic model of personal development, wellbeing, and transformation. This framework changes the way we look at mental health, how we approach personal development and the way we integrate these into our everyday life.

The Nurture Map, through it’s 8 branches, uses somatic and holistic approaches founded in neuroscience, holistic psychology and embodied spirituality, as well as being trauma informed, a truly embodied approach to wellness.

For the last two decades, we have been using this model, and its 8 foundational branches, to guide people, around the world, in life and business. Mapping out their inner worlds, in an embodied way, and how that shapes the world around them.
