It was my love of books and burying myself in libraries that helped me in my own wellbeing journey, and along the way help shape the Nurture Map to what it is today. I still love reading books, and I also love sharing the ones that make me think and feel differently.

This is why I created the Nurture Book Club, to share that love and knowledge of books. Some of these books are the very ones that I read at the beginning, or along my own journey, like The Tree of Yoga. Some books directly informed the development of the Nurture Map. Overall, these are mostly non-fiction books, that like the Nurture Map itself, aren’t presenting a one size fits all or cookie cutter approach. Instead, they are a range of books that support you in thinking and feeling differently on a core level.
