On the 15th January we are running our Embody course, for the second year running, and we’d love you to join us.
This course is about bringing together our embodied, holistic and somatic approaches, together with the Nurture Map to support you in creating a powerful foundation for the year ahead.
A foundation built on allowing you to approach the year ahead with more present, more grounded, and living more integrated into your life and the world around you. It also offers you the opportunity to refine success, purpose, and even wealth on your own terms.
This course offers a real alternative to the usual external goal setting, new year’s resolutions, 90 day type courses. Instead, we will be creating a foundation which has you feeling more successful as the year goes on - not less.
